Group Packet:

1. Hold regular meetings. At the first meeting: Elect a leader.  Create rules for the expedition. One rule should involve a replacement for the leader in case the person elected is unable to continue. Set a baggage limit. Schedule the next meeting.  Remember the group will evaluate your contribution to the success of the mission.

1. Outfitting the expedition with basic equipment.
2. Design any new equipment that doesn’t exist.
3. Field-test the equipment.
4. Assess the available storage & prioritize what is essential.
5. Plan the travel arrangements.
6. Brainstorm and anticipate possible problems we might encounter and devise solutions.
7. Group presentation to Nevada Society of Explorers for final expedition approval.
