Background:
I have an A.B. in Mathematics
from Bryn Mawr College, Pennsylvania, and a Master's degree in Mathematics
from the University of California at Santa Barbara. I also spent my junior
year as an undergraduate studying abroad at Oxford University in England.
I have been
teaching community college mathematics since September 1992, and I LOVE it!
I teach all levels of math - Basic Math through Calculus. I especially enjoy
implementing new and innovative methods of instruction in the classroom. I
am very interested in collaborative learning activities and appropriate uses
of technology and multi-media.
