Create the beginnings of your homepage using WebCT. Select the homepages icon and proceed from there. Your home page should include:

• A banner: You should type in a name for your homepage that will be inserted with WebCT's logo. You have the option to insert a graphic file instead (e.g., your picture), but unfortunately, WebCT will not easily allow you to insert text with that graphic. (5 points)
  
• A new background color or background image (5 points)
  
• Text inserted in the upper text block. In this section you should include your teaching area, professional goals, and anything else that you'd like to share with the class (be professional!). At the bottom of this section mention that some of your favorite educational web resources appear below. (10 points) You will later be asked to create links to some favorite web sites. You can try this if you have time, but that's not required at this time. In a couple of weeks you will be asked to create links to websites that you evaluated that you would like to share with others in the class.

• This assignment will be reviewed and graded via WebCT. It does not need to be passed into the Drop Box.
